Since immorality cannot be eliminated and teenagers cannot be stopped from becoming sexually active, we should implement sex education in schools, as early as primary school.

Sexual education would not stop teenage pregnancies but it indeed reduces them. Moreover, it delivers confidence on them to value themselves and others. It also includes a positive view of sex and the safety involved on sexuality.
